Last month they had a four lad group Chris Morgan and?? Awesome flute/whistle player, great Bodhran ,The same with the Fiddler and Chris's voice ....what more can you ask for ????GreatIrish Trad. Music!!! Hope they come back very soon!!

now i have had some guinness all over this great little college town but i must say durty nelly"s has the best pint of guinness out there! the atmosphere is great, the music is great, the bartenders are wonderful! yay for guinness and durty nelly"s!

The Best Place in Gainesville, hands down!
I left Gainesville two years ago and I long for the good ol" days of kicking back and enjoying a Guiness with friends. Great bar, great atmosphere, good times! I recommend anyone to stop on by and visit this great watering hole in downtown G-ville! Check out the picture of Spurrier hanging out there. If it"s good enough for him, then it"s good enough for me!

If you're the kind of person who doesn't(or can't) drink Guinness. they also have Bass and Harp on tap. I've been to Irish Pubs all over Florida and this is one of the greatest Irish Pubs in the state!!!P.S. buy a T-shirt, it's a cheap way to remember the place after you leave Gainesville.

You gotta go when Spade Mcquade plays there. Did anyone mention they have Guinness on tap? Gainesville's best irish pub, hands down.

This place has it all.
(1) Guinness to drink.
(2) Somewhere to sit while you drink your Guinness.
(3) Neon Guinness sign for you to stare at while you drink your Guinness.
(4) Irish flag in the window to remind you, while drinking your Guinness, of the place where Guinness was invented.
(5) I took off a 'beer' in my rating because they don't play any songs about Guinness for you to listen to while you drink your Guinness.

DURTY'S GOT ROOTS
For those of you who want to know what a REAL drinking establisment is all about...this place harkens back to the days of old...Where else are you guaranteed--Single Malt scotch--entertaining live music(doesnt matter whether you like the irish jig or not its good music!)and a cool crowd of Gville's most ecclectic....
Oh also late night expect a nice dose of the trainspotting soundtrack--this place is great!!
